Promolont International, Inc. has received verbal conformation that they were successful in obtaining the bid for 50,000 single family houses, commercial buildings and all the infrastructure for those houses as well as the design and Engineering of the project in Ghana. 2.5 Billion Dollar project.
Promolont Has been accepted to build a project called the IDERA PROJECT in Nigeria, with another to be assigned to PII 600 Million USD Funding is in place by the middle of April through a major Bank in London. This project is with the Nigerian Government.

Togo awarded its Master Project to PII and will include 2 Hospitals one Teaching Hospital and a major School from the USA will be the administrator of the School in Togo for Doctors Nurses and other Hospital personnel. The master plan will include living quarters, Government Buildings with offices and Commercial space. The funding is being worked out over 5 Banks.

The Eleuthera Project is now at the end funding stages funding will start within two weeks and will not finish until the total project has been completed. It will be done in 7 Phases and it will include a new city in the Governors Harbor aria and much more all new infristructure new airports and more.

Promolont International, Inc. a U.S. Corporation and EBI International, Limited a Bahamian Corporation will Begin its Six Star Luxury Project on the Island of Eleuthera funding is now in place and ready to go forward with land purchase, permitting and construction is being planed now
International residential and commercial construction and development companies Promolont International Inc. and EBI International Limited will announce their intentions to move forward on a massive mixed-use upscale resort encompassing Eleuthera Island. Of the 87,000 +/- acres planned for the project, development will occur on 56,000 acres, leaving 31,000 acres of land untouched and preserved for community farmland and green land, parks, recreational sports and cultural centers.
When complete, the project will have totally upgraded the existing infrastructure of the Island of Eleuthera with the help of Siemens and other major manufacturers of state of the art equipment and a GREEN ISLAND. Featuring nine 5/6 star world-class hotels, state-of-the-art spa re-rehabilitation and health-wellness facilities, casino, marinas, and multi-million dollar residences on the most expensive and exclusive real-estate in the world. The project will be constructed over the next decade in four/five phases. There will be a WORLD CLASS TOP 25 BANK located on the Island with a precious metal refinery operated by a world renowned refinery. State of the art communication equipment and the Island will be extremely BUSINESS friendly. They also will start the apartments, condos, and single family housing for the year round employee’s residences price ranging from $25,000 up to $250,000+ rental units from $450 and up. Rental unit criteria is you work on the Island. They also will start construction of a Full Medical Facility and a Teaching Hospital and clinics.
