John Stawicki - CEO/Owner

John E. Mack - Acting Assistant Chairman
Mr. Mack has more than 30 years of international banking, financial business management, and mergers and acquisitions experience. From November 2002 through September 2005, Mr. Mack served as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Shinsei Bank, Limited®or Tokyo, Japan. Prior to joining Shinsei Bank, and for more than 25 years, Mr. Mack served in senior management positions at Bank of America® and its predecessor companies, including 12 years as Corporate Treasurer. Mr. Mack is also a member of the Board of Directors of Flowers National Bank®, Incapital Holdings®, and Wilson Solarpower®as well as the Chairman and Director of New Generation Bio fuels Holdings®and the Vice-Chairman and Director of Islandbankhi hf® located in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Keith A. Faust - Executive V.P. International Project Management

Keith is a construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the large commercial construction industry. His resume includes a wide variety of projects ranging from high rise construction to 100 acre plus developments for new construction and renovation projects. As a construction professional Keith has been associated with over 8 million square feet of construction, totaling over $500 million. His work experience includes all facets of the construction business, ranging from estimating to project management, and from hard bid to design-build. Being a student of the School of environmental design (Architecture) for most of his college studies, Keith understands the importance of bridging the partnership between design and construction, and possesses the necessary leadership skills to bring people together and successfully achieve a common goal. 

Livingston “Winkie” Stuart - Director International Affairs

Livingston “Winkie” Stuart is Promolont International’s managing director of internal affairs.  Mr. Stuart is a Bahamian citizen, born on the Island of Bimini, and a resident of the Island of Eleuthera.  His knowledge of and familiarity with the rules and regulations of the Bahamas has proven to be invaluable to the company’s Caribbean developments. Mr. Stuart’s responsibilities include liaison with local and central representatives and agencies of the Government of the Bahamas and official duties as Promolont’s resident representative. As a life-long Bahamian and 15-year resident of Eleuthera, he is an important advisor and member of the development team.

Barry J. Fitzpatrick  PGA
Mr. Fitzpatrick has risen to the top of the GolfTEC US franchise market which boasts 150 franchise locations and over 400 teaching professionals. In the past 4 years he has generated over 3.5 million in lesson program revenue and has worked hand in hand with his Golfsmith retail partner to generate another 1.5 million in equipment sales. Mr. Fitzpatrick has also distinguished himself on the PGA club professional level as a multiple winner of tournaments in the Southern section and was elected to represent the Nelson Cup team last year through the 2007 order of merit. Barry will be responsible for the finished look of the facilities/golf academies and will train his staff to provide the level of service that a world class resort demands. Ultimately his goal is to bring PGA tour events to the resort as confirmation that Eleuthera will feature some of the most challenging courses in the world.

  Arnie Baratt, Director of Golf Course Design and Golf Maintenance Operations Since earning his degree in agronomy and golf course operations in 1984, Mr. Baratt has worked around the world building and operating golf courses. He worked for the legendary Pete and P.B Dye where he learned the design techniques. Some of the courses he was involved in with the Dyes include TPC at Ponte Vedra Fl, Harbour Ridge in Stuart Fl, Atlanta National in Atlanta Ga. When Mr. Baratt went out on his own, he became a independent Designer and Shaper where he did courses in Delaware, Virginia, Egypt, Oman, and Kuwait and many others overseas. He will be responsible for the Golf Course Designers and designs, the construction of the golf course and the golf maintenance.

Kevin Smart, Director International Marine Operations 
Degree in Naval Architecture from the U.S. Naval Academy Officer of the Deck Responsible for safe navigation of 16,000 ton vessel as well as controlling daily operations on board. Special Evolution’s Officer Responsible for piloting vessel in/out of ports in the U.S., Mediterranean, Black Sea, Straits of Gibraltar, Bosporus, and the Dardanelle’s as well as underway replenishments involving transfer of fuel and cargo between ships. Helicopter Control Officer  Responsible for control of four spot helicopter deck and air space around ship.  Asst. Operations Office  Departmental Phase Maintenance Coordinator Refit manager and liaison between yard and ships personnel for extensive six month yard period that finished on time and under budget. Also completed Naval Science requirement which included Seamanship and Ship handling skills with practical training on 110’ Navy Patrol Boats.  Other required training completed aboard various Navy ships including Minesweeper “U.S.S. Constant” out of San Diego, CA, Patrol Boat along Mid-Atlantic Coast, and Aircraft Carrier “U.S.S. Forestall” out of Pensacola, FL, including hands-on training in the handling, maneuvering, docking, and navigation of all of these vessels .

Gregory A. Cullum - Chief Information Officer
Greg Cullum brings more than 20 years of global technology innovation experience to Promolont International.  Past accomplishments include designing and implementing the first optical ATM healthcare network in New York City as well as creating the first wholly filmless medical imaging center in the U.S..  Mr. Cullum’s experience ranges from research and development to executive management, with significant focus on operations and process management.  This has given him a unique perspective on the use of technology, and information management, in transforming businesses which he has successfully employed for numerous Fortune 500 companies worldwide.  With technology continuing to grow in importance with respect to everything we do, Mr. Cullum’s experience in bringing technology to such industries as manufacturing, banking, and healthcare, as well as his significant experience in the telecommunications industry, will aid Promolont International in expanding into a new direction.
